Ok I've got a hunch bout Ianto and Ianto/Jack and all that.

I think Ianto slept with Jack to get his job originally/or around that time. Not that Jack forced him into it or even asked him to or anything but more that Ianto was plotting and ended up pulling Jack to get an edge when he wanted to join Torchwood. I.e get to know Jack a bit to get Jack to hire him.

Ianto'd done it all for Lisa, needing the Torchwood tech and resources to keep her alive.

It'd explain a good bit about their relationship I think. So yeah posting just so I can say "Called it!" if I turn out to be correct which I'm probably not.
