Wow that's considerate. According to some brilliant people in the States I should be taking care of myself not so that I'd be healthy and happy. I need to do it for any potential babies I might be carrying.
My health is not valuable now for my sake it's for potential babies that don't exist sake! I should be aware of my status as a pre-pregnant female and behave accordingly.

I calm down easily though these days. The babysized warm creature I'm caring for makes everything better.
