Guess what, Ive managed to hurt my shoulder. It's probably because I went shopping yesterday and carried home heavy bags.
Im really pissed off because this time it didnt happen like normally (as in Ive had pinched nerve thingies in my neck before), there were no warning signs etc. Usually Im really careful about watching for those. I didnt even move my neck to set it off, I moved my arm to scratch my shoulder blader.
Shooting pain all around my left shoulder leaking down the arm. It's not good at all and Im supposed to be helping Macdonald do sword demos this coming weekend. I'll probably have to just be a talented target. We'll see how it goes.
Still Im feeling slightly nauceous and unable to concentrate on work properly because of pain. Ive taken two ibuprofen tablets but they've not kicked in and Im not sure if they're going to.
